Attended college / university at
I went to lots of colleges and changed my major many times. Ended up dropping out and working all kinds of jobs. I was quickly bored with jobs once I mastered them and couldn’t move up. Finally when I was in my late 20’s I started working in commercial printing as a production planner. There is so much to learn, so many jobs that are different and a time of extremely fast technology changes there was no time for boredom. I made 30 year career out of it and during my 40’s I went back and got my bachelors degree in Business Mgmt

A little introspection...
To me, being successful means...
Being happy
My definition of success has changed over time.
Growing up you are programmed that success is being educated to get a good job, marriage and nice house, money for vacations...living the American dream. However, if you are not happy your success means nothing to you.
My greatest accomplishment to date and what I’ve learned from it
My son! I’ve learned no matter how hard you try to do everything right....you only have one chance and sometimes you don’t know the effects until it is too late! However, all the sleepless nights, the constant worrying never shadows the overall joy of parenting.
My biggest mistake or regret so far and what I’ve learned from it
It’s hard to say. I’ve made my fair amount of mistakes but I’ve learned and grown into the person I am today because of them. I guess I regret that I didn’t have more children.
An unexpected event that significantly changed my life and how it impacted me
In the last 3 years I lost my best friend of 40 years and my brother unexpectedly. I was overwhelmed with emotions I had never dealt with before. I truly had a broken heart. I miss them daily and my life will never be the same. My constant saying is I have to learn to live without them in my life and that is a extremely hard thing to do.
