A little introspection...
To me, being successful means...
actualizing your goals
My definition of success has changed over time.
success for me today is defined in more personal ways, whereas when I was younger I looked to others for clues on what it means to be successful
My greatest accomplishment to date and what I’ve learned from it
professionally – serving as global head of marketing for Chrome, which I brought to #1 market leadership position.
personally - bearing witness to the confidence and self-love in my daughters
My biggest mistake or regret so far and what I’ve learned from it
not listening to my inner voice and saying "yes" to a big life decision when I wanted to say "no" and then allowing myself to get swept up in external momentum
