Did your education prepare you for your career or occupation?
I guess...? I haven't really done anything that's needed much education. Even my internship was something that I had to learn by doing, not something that needed academic subjects, except writing. But I learned more about writing from doing rather than learning in school.
Has your education or career/occupation trajectory ever changed? How?
Many times. First I wanted to be a writer, then a lawyer, now I want to be doing stage tech on Broadway.
A little introspection...
To me, being successful means...
being happy-- doing what you love surrounded by people you care about
My definition of success has changed over time.
used to think you had to be rich to be successful but that's not true. although having lots of money can be a measure of one form of success, its better to be happy doing something you like than to be rich but miserable
My greatest accomplishment to date and what I’ve learned from it
i'm really not sure if i have accomplished anything of note at this point.
My biggest mistake or regret so far and what I’ve learned from it
not working hard enough in college and also not having a solid idea for where i want to go in life. i still have time to fix these things but it'll be harder than it could be otherwise.
