Did your education prepare you for your career?
My education prepared me with general knowledge. My own personality and strengths allow me to make the best use of my education in my work.

Has your education and/or career trajectory ever changed? How?
Yes - going from being a homemaker to being in the workforce in my late forties.

A little introspection...

To me, being successful means...
Being a person I am happy and proud to be, doing my best to be good to people, animals, and the earth.

My definition of success has changed over time.
It's more reflective of who I really AM, and less of what I thought I would DO.

My greatest accomplishment to date and what I’ve learned from it
Being a loving mother, sister, daughter, and friend - and being loved by those people.

My biggest mistake or regret so far and what I’ve learned from it
Not knowing "then" what I know "now." Hike up your skirts and move on.

An unexpected event that changed my life and how it impacted me
Unexpected divorce. It flipped life upside down. I learned I was stronger than I thought.
